After the initial call from the client the chef will schedule a time for the client interview. At that time the chef will have the client fill out a form to help him determine the clients likes and dislikes, what type of servings they prefer, any special dietary needs and many other considerations. When the interview is complete the client chooses their first meals and a cook date is set-up. On the morning of the cook date the chef shops and brings the ingredients and equipment to your kitchen where the magic begins. The chef prepares, cooks, packages and labels your meals. Then the chef cleans up the kitchen and leaves detailed heating instructions for each meal. Now all you have to do is heat and enjoy your home made meals any time of the day or night in the comfort of your home.
